1. Approve the enclosed Rules of calculation of length of service to military personnel, the staff of special state and law enforcement agencies, bodies of civil protection, the public courier service, and also persons which right to have military or special ranks, class ranks and to wear uniform are abolished since January 1, 2012, and to persons whose medical positions are reduced in law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan since July 1, 2022 and on January 1, 2023, having at the time of reducing position length of service at least twelve years and six months of continuous military service, service in special state and law enforcement agencies, bodies of civil protection, the public courier service, on condition of continuation of work by them in the medical organizations located in pre-trial detention centers and organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2023.

2. The length of service is estimated according to the procedure, established by these rules if other is not established by the international agreements ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In length of service for purpose of retirement benefits are for long service set off:

1) conscription and contractual military service in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Armed Forces) and active duty, the valid compulsory military service of the former USSR, the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the CIS) and the Joint Armed Forces of the CIS;

2) the time spent for practical flight training of the persons called on military service studying for reserve officers of aircrew in the educational organizations of society of assistance to defense - since January 1, 1961;

3) service as military builders in military and construction groups (parts);
