According to subitem 227-1) of Item 16 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for use of technical means audio-, videos as the state state control and supervision inspectors in the field of industrial safety.
2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
