About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. Public institution "Service of fire extinguishing and wrecking of Department on emergency situations of the city of Astana of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Astana)" by its separation into republican public institution "Service of fire extinguishing and wrecking of Department on emergency situations of the city of Astana of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Astana)" and republican public institution "Operational and rescue group of Department on emergency situations of the city of Astana of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Astana)".
