Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the tax matters

In Item 15 of the Procedure for release from the taxation the value added tax of transactions on delivery and import to customs area of Ukraine of the goods and services provided for own needs of diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states and representative offices of the international organizations in Ukraine and also for use by persons from among diplomatic staff of diplomatic missions and members of their families living together with them, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 27, 2010 No. 1240 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 25; 2018 rubles, No. 70, Art. 2366; 2021, No. 84, the Art. 5390) shall be replaced with words the words "on the bank account of diplomatic mission" "into the account of diplomatic mission in bank or the non-bank representative of payment services".
