About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About veterinary science"

In our country large-scale work on enhancement of system of training in the field of veterinary science, and also to ensuring effective veterinary control and improvement of quality of rendering veterinary services is carried out.
With respect thereto there is need of creation of modern educational system on training of highly qualified personnel in the field of veterinary science, and also further strengthening of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities in this sphere.
This Law provides entering into the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About veterinary science" the changes which are specifying the name of one of structural divisions of the Public veterinary service, and also reducing powers of the chief state veterinary inspectors, their deputies and state veterinary inspectors on free visit of objects of veterinary supervision.
Adoption of this Law will serve development of personnel potential in the field of the veterinary science, to further providing the rights of subjects of entrepreneurship and enhancement of procedure for test which is carried out by the state veterinary inspectors.
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 3, 1993 No. 935-XII "About veterinary science" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2015 No. ZRU-397) (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 12, Art. 453; 2017, No. 10, Art. 605; 2019, No. 11, Art. 791; 2021, appendix to No. 4, No. 10, Art. 968) following changes:
"The Samarkand institute of veterinary medicine and" shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 10 of the word "The Samarkand state university of veterinary medicine, livestock production and biotechnologies,";
