About determination of the cases carried to emergency situations which arose along the line (transportations) on the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of subjects to tracking

1. Determine that the following cases which arose along the line (transportations) on the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union belong to emergency situations (further - state members) subjects to tracking:
a) violation of integrity of element of sealing of navigation seal (it is determined in case of visual survey of navigation seal or on the basis of the data transferred by navigation seal and it is fixed by information system of the national operator in which it is registered, with the subsequent information transfer about this case through information system of the authorized operator (body) of the state member in information system of the authorized operator (body) of state member in the territory of whom transportation tracking began);
b) violation of integrity of the case of the electronic block of navigation seal (it is determined in case of visual survey of navigation seal or on the basis of the data transferred by navigation seal and it is fixed by information system of the national operator in which it is registered, with the subsequent information transfer about this case through information system of the authorized operator (body) of the state member in information system of the authorized operator (body) of state member in the territory of whom transportation tracking began);
