1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2022 No. 1 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

word in paragraph ten of "special permission (license)" to replace with the word "licenses";

in paragraph eleven of the word "Modification of Special Permission (License)" shall be replaced with words "Change of the license";

the twelfth to exclude the paragraph;

1.2. add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"form of information leaf for receipt (change) of license for activities in the field of communication (for services of telecommunication, data transmission) according to appendix 3;
