About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2012 No. 264 "About approval of the sizes of quota of acceptance in case of revenues to study in the organizations of education realizing educational programs of technical and professional, postsecondary and higher education".

2. Item of 7 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2016 No. 288 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2017 No. 923 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2012 No. 264 "About approval of the sizes of quota of acceptance in case of revenues to study in the organizations of education realizing educational programs of technical and professional, postsecondary and higher education".
