About modification of some regulations (enhancement of the mechanism of selection, assessment and disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199/2010 (2010, Art. No. 194-196, 637), with subsequent changes, line item "The chairman, the high councilor of prosecutors performing the main activities in council" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words ", the inspector of Inspection of prosecutors".
