About some questions of the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy

Based on subitem 5.11 of Item 5 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine the republican unitary enterprise "Information Centre of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" the operator by ensuring technical and organizational functioning of the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy.

2. Establish the list of the data which are subject to placement in the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy on paid and non-paid basis according to appendix.

3. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy, payment procedure of services of the operator in ensuring technical and organizational functioning of the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy it (is applied).

4. Forming and maintaining the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy, placement of the data and expense recovery connected with inclusion of data in the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy on cases on economic insolvency (bankruptcy) on which production is initiated by the court considering economic cases till October 1, 2023 are performed according to the legislation existing before entry into force of this resolution.
