1. Reorganize by transformation the state company "Republican Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals" into public organization "Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals".

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry to perform function of the founder of public organization "Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals" on behalf of the state.

3. Approve:

1) the Charter of public organization "Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of public organization "Center for Cultivation and Reproduction of Animals", according to appendix No. 2;
