About import of sports equipment
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997, of the Customs code No. 1149/2000 and Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 to resolve Public association "Federation of weightlifting of the Republic of Moldova" the room under customs regime of import, with exemption of import payments and without right to sell, sports equipment for weightlifting of the Eleiko brand of 2023 of the production classified by goods item 9506 91 900 (according to appendix), acquired at the Eleiko Group AB company for the purpose of the organization and holding the European championship on weightlifting in categories U15 and U 17, with the right of voluntary conveyance to educational institutions of sports profile.
Art. II. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
