In "Rules of management, accounting and use of the fund of debt collateral received under the state guarantee", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of April 10, 2008 No. 84 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 4, Article 306; 2009, No. 11, Article 936; 2017, No. 3, Article 503, No. 7, Article 1474; 2018, No. 8, Article 1796, No. 9, Article 1938; 2019, No. 3, Articles 546, 568; 2022, No. 6, Article 662) to consider the text of part 1 Item 1.1 and to add with Item 1.2 of the following content:

Requirements to provision of the state guarantee for the credits which are subject to obtaining in authorized credit institutions by the subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities in the territories exempted from occupation are established according to "Procedure for providing with the state guarantee of the credits issued to the subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities in the territories exempted from occupation, and subsidizing of their credit interests", by the approved Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 9, 2023 No. 1957.".
