Being guided by Items 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with execution of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures in the field of strengthening of social protection of the population" of February 25, 2019 992, I DECIDE No.:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About organization of pension of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for disabled veterans" of September 9, 2008 No. 823 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 9, Article 795; 2011, No. 12, Article 1140; 2013, No. 8, Article 895; 2014, No. 3, Article 250; 2016, No. 1, Article 68; 2018, No. 5, Article 937) following changes:

1.1. in the name and part 1 of the word "for disabled veterans" shall be replaced with words "for persons which became disabled people in connection with war or events on January 20, 1990";

1.2. in preamble after the word "accomplishment" to add with words ", and also in connection with events on January 20, 1990" and the words "become disabled people" shall be replaced with words "disability of which is established";
