About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine in the field of electronic communications concerning determination of the period of action of the regulations and provisions connected with legal regime of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About access to construction objects, transport, power industry for the purpose of development of electronic communication networks" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 11, Art. 101; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of December 16, 2021 No. 1971-IX of May 12, 2022 No. 2254-IX, of August 16, 2022 to state No. 2530-IX) in the following edition:
"4-1. For action of the warlike situation in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within one year from the date of its termination or cancellation the amount of one-time and/or periodic payment for access to elements of infrastructure of access objects is constituted by 1 hryvnia for customers of access to infrastructure of access objects - concerning the objects provided by the scheme of placement of shoddy constructions for life support of the population.
Such payment for access is established by the owner without modification of the current agreement on access based on this Law.
