About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2022 No. 10

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing", paragraphs of the second or sixth subitem 57.2 of Item 57 of the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 27, 2023 No. 154, of subitem 4.6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2011 No. 1049, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2022 No. 10 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

word in paragraph four of "special permission (license)" to replace with the word "licenses";

in paragraph five of the word "Modification of Special Permission (License)" shall be replaced with words "Change of the license";

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

1.2. add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:

"11. Establish:

form of data on educational and program documentation according to appendix 1;

form of data on availability of the material and technical resources necessary for implementation of the licensed type of activity, according to appendix 2;

form of data on availability of resources and tutorials for possibility of the organization of educational process of students with use of information and communication technologies according to appendix 3;

form of data on the planned completeness pedagogical workers and qualification of pedagogical workers, including the head and his deputies, according to appendix 4;

form of data on availability of educational editions, educational and methodical complexes, methodical recommendations according to appendix 5.";

1.3. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 10.1.1 "The state accreditation of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, on compliance to the declared type (on each specialty, education profile, the direction of education)", approved by this resolution:

in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the word of "special permission (license) for the implementation right" shall be replaced with words "licenses for implementation";

to add Item 2 of appendix 2 to these Regulations with line item of the following content:

"observance by organization of formation of the legislation on licensing, licensed requirements:

in Item 2 of appendices 3-5 to these Regulations line item

"observance of formation of the legislation by organization in the field of implementation of the licensed activities, licensed requirements and conditions:

replace with line item of the following content:

"observance by organization of formation of the legislation on licensing, including accomplishment of licensed requirements:

in Item 2 of appendix 6 to these Regulations line item

"observance of the legislation by other organization in the field of implementation of the licensed activities, licensed requirements and conditions:

replace with line item of the following content:

"observance by other organization of the legislation on licensing, including accomplishment of licensed requirements:

1.4. in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 10.1.2 "Confirmation of the state accreditation of organization of education, other organization which according to the legislation is granted the right to perform educational activities, on compliance to the declared type (in the specialty, to education profile, the direction of education)", approved by this resolution, words of "special permission (license) for the implementation right" shall be replaced with words "licenses for implementation";

1.5. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 10.2.1 "Receipt of special permission (license) for implementation of educational activities", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);

1.6. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 10.2.2 "Modification of special permission (license) for implementation of educational activities", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
