About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of article 229 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 "About insolvency settlement" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 227-Z
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that on cases on economic insolvency (bankruptcy) on which production is initiated by the court considering economic cases till October 1, 2023 regulations are applied:
resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2011 No. 1672 "About determination of criteria for evaluation of solvency of subjects of managing";
resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2013 No. 391 "About some questions of the Unified state register of data on bankruptcy".
4. To the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2023.
