The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 12, 2011 is provided to No. 1049 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 79, Art. 2917; 2013, No. 64, Art. 2323; 2021, No. 64, the Art. 4021), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of the programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support is provided

1. To add Item 1 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Action of this Procedure extends to provision to public associations of ethnic minorities (communities) of financial support for accomplishment (realization) of programs (projects, actions) at the expense of means state and local budgets.".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fourth respectively paragraphs third - the fifth.

2. To add Item 2 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
