1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts on regulation of the relations on putting down of apostille which are applied.

2. To provide to the public archive agency of Ukraine:

within three days from the date of entry into force of this order of representation to the administrator of the Electronic register of apostilles of data on specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps of officials of the Public archive agency of Ukraine which signed and put down seal and/or stamp on official documents to which operation of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents extends;

modification of data on specimen signatures, prints of seals and/or stamps of the officials of the Public archive agency of Ukraine authorized on putting down of apostille within three working days from the date of approach of corresponding changes.
