About release from provision of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning separate types of goods

According to part 3 of article 55 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes are not provided concerning the goods imported into the Russian Federation through the sea check points through frontier of the Russian Federation located in the Far Eastern Federal District in the containers used for their delivery according to transportation agreements, and transported (transported) on the territory of the Russian Federation in such containers according to customs procedure of customs transit with use of two modes of transport (further - goods).

2. Provisions of Item 1 of this resolution are applied in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

commodity importation to the Russian Federation is performed through the sea check points through frontier of the Russian Federation located in the Far Eastern Federal District according to the list according to appendix No. 1;

(transportation) of goods on the territory of the Russian Federation is transported with consecutive application of automobile, and then railway modes of transport;

reloading of goods with automobile on railway mode of transport is performed in places of general and (or) uncommon use of railway stations according to the list according to appendix No. 2;

the freight forwarder who signed the freight forwarding agreement acts as the customs applicant of customs procedure of customs transit;

when placing goods under customs procedure of customs transit the freight forwarding agreement, confirmatory is provided to customs authority that (transportation) of goods on the territory of the Russian Federation is transported with use of automobile and railway modes of transport;
