I DECIDE:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2013 No. 520 "About the National commission on personnel policy in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the personnel commissions of areas, cities of republican value, the capital":
in Regulations on the National commission on personnel policy in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
state Items 11 and 12 in the following edition:
"11. The secretary of the National commission is the head of department of public service of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
12. Working body of the National commission is the Department of public service of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Organizational support of activities of the National commission performs authorized body for public service.";
To be reworded as follows the official structure of the National commission on personnel policy in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 1 to this Decree;
2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2019 No. 141 "About some questions of the Presidential youth personnel reserve":
in Regulations on the National commission on youth personnel reserve in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
