About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 533 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 85, the Art. 2390), the enclosed changes.

1. Add Item with subitems 3-1 - 3-3 following of content:
"3-1) plans implementation of actions for strengthening of protection of frontier, the sovereign rights of Ukraine in exclusive (sea) economic zone, submits to the Minister of Internal Affairs proposals on involvement of military units and divisions of Armed Forces to implementation of actions for strengthening of protection of frontier, the sovereign rights of Ukraine in exclusive (sea) economic zone;
3-2) will organize planning of participation of bodies of State frontier service in cover of frontier, repulse of the armed aggression against Ukraine, liquidations (neutralization) of armed conflict on frontier, the international armed conflict;
3-3) participates in development of procedure for transfer of the sites of frontier protected by bodies and divisions of State frontier service for their cover by military units and divisions of the Armed Forces formed according to the laws of other military forming;".
