1. Approve the Procedure for use of electronic confidential services in public authorities, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations of the enclosed state pattern of ownership.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of December 1, 2022 No. 2801-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring agreement signature between Ukraine and the European Union about mutual recognition of qualified electronic confidential services and implementation of the European Union law in the field of electronic identification", but not earlier than day of its publication.
