The environmental measures realized in the country, form improvement of ecological situation, and also preserving and use of biodiversity basis for providing stable conditions of dwelling and preserving natural populations of wild animals, in particular their rare and being under the threat of disappearance types.
At the same time the found cases of content of predatory and poisonous wild animals in semi-free conditions or in bondage, their uses for commercial purposes, range in public places leading to different incidents require enhancement of legal acts for the purpose of protection of life and health of the population.
With respect thereto for the purpose of streamlining of content of wild animals in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About protection and use of fauna" determination of the list of the wild animals prohibited to content by physical persons and also procedure for content by legal entities of the wild animals included in this list is assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve protection of life and health of the population in the cases connected with content and use of wild animals in the different purposes and also to increase in responsibility of authorized state body in this direction.
