About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2023 No. 362 "About some questions of provision of exclusive export right of separate types of fertilizers"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2023 No. 362 "About some questions of provision of exclusive export right of separate types of fertilizers" the following amendments:
add Item 1 with the subitem 3) of the following content:
"3) Rules of suspension or cancellation of the exclusive license for export of separate types of fertilizers.";
add with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Effective period of the exclusive license for export of separate types of fertilizers constitutes one year from start date of its action and can be limited by effective period of the agreement in foreign trade (contract) or document which is the basis for issue of the exclusive license.";
add with Rules of suspension or cancellation of the exclusive license for export of separate types of fertilizers according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
