About measures for further strengthening of material and technical resources of producers of agricultural products

For the purpose of updating and upgrade of the park of agricultural machinery, providing agricultural producers with the high-quality and available equipment, rendering timely field service, and also widespread introduction of market mechanisms to them in financing of production of competitive agricultural machinery the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for rendering the state support of purchases of agricultural machinery on terms of credit and leasing according to appendix No. 1.

2. Will provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Fund of the state support of agricultural industry timely financing of deliveries of agricultural machinery.

3. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 2, 2000 No. 424 "About measures for providing the village with agricultural machinery on the terms of leasing" according to appendix No. 2.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov.

Regulations on procedure for rendering the state support of purchases of agricultural machinery on terms of credit and leasing

Chapter 1. General provisions
