About determination of regions for resettlement of kandas and immigrants

According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 112 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subitems 12-1) and 13-2) of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About population shift" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine:

1) regions for resettlement of kandas according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) regions for resettlement of immigrants according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2023.
