According to the Customs code and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About currency control", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 24, 1998 No. 489 "About measures for streamlining of customs control and control posts at railway stations", of April 13, 2012 "About approval of Rules of transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of November 18, 2019 No. 912 "About further enhancement of procedure for the organization of border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, phytosanitary control and veterinary supervision at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of transport and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan DECIDE No. 109:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for customs control and registration of hand luggage, baggage, currency and currency values of passengers, the following by rail, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
