The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
2. Determine that:
1) the general fund of the help within the program of the international technical assistance "EU4Business: competitiveness and internationalization of MSP" (further - the help) for subjects of microentrepreneurship it is expected 750 subjects of microentrepreneurship.
The maximum amount of the help to one subject of microentrepreneurship cannot exceed 180 000 hryvnias.
Payment of the help to subjects of microentrepreneurship is performed till December 31, 2023 by the German federal company "Deutsche Gesellschaft Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH" through the authorized organization Fund of development of entrepreneurship according to determined by such authorized organization of conditions;
2) the general fund of the help for small business entities is calculated to 50 small business entities.
The amount of the help to one subject of small enterprise does not exceed 400000 hryvnias.
Payment of the help to small business entities is performed till February 29, 2024 by the German federal company "Deutsche Gesellschaft Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH" through authorized organization - Public union "Fund of support of reforms in Ukraine".
The small business entities which received the help shall not later than within six months from the date of receipt of the first part of the help to perform economic activity according to the business plan and the legislation and to submit the reporting according to conditions of receipt of the help;
3) in case of absence of the subject of microentrepreneurship or small business entity within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification means of the Single state web portal of electronic services about the made decision on provision to such subject of the help in the bank chosen by it from the list of the banks determined by authorized organization for opening of the account and submission of documents taking into account the conditions determined by the relevant authorized organization it loses the right to the help;
4) in case of representation by the subject of microentrepreneurship or small business entity in the statement electronically on receipt of the help of false information the given help is subject to return by the specified subjects according to the reasonable request of the relevant authorized organization.

processing and transfer of personal data according to the legislation on personal data protection.
