About measures of financial and institutional support of development of small business

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the priority tasks determined within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs spent on August 18 the current year, and also creation of "continuous chain of services" in support of small business:

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, National Business Development Bank Joint stock bank (further - National Business Development Bank) about implementation since October 1, 2023 of the Comprehensive program of continuous support of small business (further - the Program).

Determine National Business Development Bank the main basic bank by effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Program.

Approve organizational and institutional structure of the Comprehensive program of continuous support of small business and the main objectives of the responsible organizations according to appendix No. 1.

Direct to program implementation in 2023 - 2026 6 trillion sum of public funds and means of the international financial institutions in the amount of 1, 2 billion US dollars.

2. Determine that have the participation right in the Program by the direction of the online statement in "Center of Assistance to Small Business" limited liability companies (further - the centers):

the individual entrepreneurs performing activities within at least one year, Dehkan farms, self-employed persons, handicraftsmen, home-workers, the non-state educational organizations and the small business entities providing with permanent job of three and more people;

the legal entities and physical persons which successfully realized the business projects within programs of family entrepreneurship having positive credit history.

At the same time the procedure of selection of the small business entities which are taking part in the Program on the basis of the principles of transparency is performed according to the scheme according to appendix No. 2.
