About introduction of temporary ban on export of diesel fuel from the Russian Federation

According to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement, Item 1 of part 2 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and for the purpose of ensuring energy security of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish temporary ban on export of diesel fuel from the date of entry into force of this resolution (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2710 19 422 0 - 2710 19 425 0) (further - goods) including acquired at the exchange biddings from the Russian Federation.

2. The temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.09.2023 No. 1564

b) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

c) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international intergovernmental agreements (including in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) within the amounts provided by the indicative balances and (or) protocols approved according to the procedure, provided by such agreements;
