According to the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", to the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply", to the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507, to the Rules about safety of deliveries of electrical energy approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of August 27, 2018 No. 448, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2018 at No. 1076/32528, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for accounting and investigation of accidents and failures of energy economy of consumers.

2. (Alexander MARTYNYUK) to provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of August 4, 2006 No. 270 "About approval of the Instruction for accounting and investigation of technological violations in work of energy economy of consumers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 22, 2006 at No. 993/12867.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister VLASENKO Yury.
