Some questions of registration of copyright and the agreements concerning property rights on the work

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1756 "About the state registration of copyright and agreements concerning the author's right to the work" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2369; 2019, No. 49, Art. 1666; 2021, No. 3, the Art. 160) the enclosed changes.

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 1995 No. 532 "About state registration of the rights of the author to works of science, literature and art" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 10, Art. 247; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2369) regarding approval of the sizes and charges for registration and issue of the certificate on state registration of the rights of the author to the work.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1756
