About modification of the Order of the Government No. 285/1996 about approval of the Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place

Based on part (6) article 21 of the Law No. 721/1996 on quality in construction (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 285/1996 about approval of the Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 42-44, 349), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Approve:

1) Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on acceptance of works at the determining construction stages according to appendix No. 1-1.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text of the word "Management of Fire Rescue Service" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Body of the state fire supervision" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) Item 11 after the text "Services of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova," to add with the text "Services of the state protection,";

c) in Item 21 of the word "recommends to postpone acceptance" shall be replaced with words "rejects acceptance";

d) in the paragraph the second Item 41 of the word "one or several" to exclude;

e) in Item 43-1:

exclude the words "and contractor";

add with the following text "The inspection is created as a part of at least 3 persons. The commissions are included the representatives of the investor and specialists performing activities in construction, certified according to Regulations on professional certification of the specialists performing activities in construction, the approved Order of the Government No. 329/2009.
