No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Create National land reclamation agency by reorganization (transformation) of public organization "Fund of Long-term Development — Moldova".

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on land reclamation according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of the National agency on land reclamation according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of National land reclamation agency according to appendix No. 3;

4) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 4.

3. Establish the number of staff of the National agency on land reclamation in number of 19 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

4. To perform release of personnel in connection with reorganization of public organization "Fund of Long-term Development — Moldova" according to the labor law.
