About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

4 Items of the 12th figure and the word "30, 40, 41 and paragraph the fourth subitem 43" to replace 1) in the first offer of the subitem with figures and the words "23-1, 30, 40, 41, paragraph the fourth subitem 43, subitem 44";

2) in Item 14:

in subitem 10 and the first offer of subitem 10-1 of the word of "the national operator" shall be replaced with words "the appointed operator of services";

to add Item after subitem 13 with new subitem 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1) transfers of the appointed operator of services of mail service for ensuring pension payments and money allowances to citizens of Ukraine which temporarily are outside Ukraine, according to regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning payment and delivery of pensions, the monetary assistance accepted for the period of action of warlike situation in Ukraine:

to the foreign partner - in the presence of the agreement on exchange of the international electronic transfers / the international postal orders;

on the foreign bank account for ensuring carrying out calculations between the appointed operators of mail service who are members of Eurogiro network. Requirements of Item 89 of the Section IX of the Provision No. 5 do not extend to such transfers;
