1. Make changes and additions to the Rules on identification of signs of pseudo-bankruptcy, concealment of bankruptcy and deliberate bankruptcy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 14, 2013 No. 224 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 8, the Art. 54), according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and questions of reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kuchkarov D. A. and director of the Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bekenov S. H.
