About approval of Rules on identification of signs of pseudo-insolvency, concealment of insolvency and deliberate insolvency

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About bankruptcy" and for the purpose of improvement of quality of corporate management, increase in responsibility of heads and owners of business entities for their economic solvency, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides creations of the effective mechanism of timely identification of the facts of pseudo-bankruptcy, concealment of bankruptcy and intentional bringing to bankruptcy:

1. Approve Rules on identification of signs of pseudo-insolvency, concealment of insolvency and deliberate insolvency according to appendix.

2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition in a month:

taking into account requirements of Rules for identification of signs of pseudo-bankruptcy, concealment of bankruptcy and deliberate bankruptcy to develop and approve the program of training of liquidating managing directors;

together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on modification and the amendments in the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
