About modification and amendments in Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of expansion of participation of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and local executive bodies in project development of regulatory legal acts and ensuring their close interaction with state bodies the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make change and additions to the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 22, 2019 No. 242, according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov.

1. To add Item 7 paragraph two after words of "other state bodies" with words of "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and local executive bodies".
2. In Item 33:
a) the paragraph one after words "the interested ministries and departments" to add with words ", Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and local executive bodies";
b) add with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:
"Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent - drafts of programs of social and economic development of regions and local state programs";
