In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2023 No. 414 "About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.56 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 13, the Art. 2271) paragraphs two - the seventh to replace with the paragraph of the following content:
"production from meat of lethal animals and fowl (code 10.13 OKVED2);".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2023.
