About restriction of turnover of packets from polymeric film and plastic products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law is directed to reducing harmful effects of polymeric materials on health and the environment in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
For the purposes of this Law the following determinations are used:
1) import - making in any manner actions which are connected with crossing of border of especially protected natural and biospheric territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and as a result of which packets from polymeric film and plastic products arrived to especially protected natural and biospheric territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for the final consumer;
2) production - production independently or with attraction of services of the third parties of packets from the polymeric film and plastic products specified regarding 1 article 3 of this Law in type, suitable for further realization and final consumption;
3) turnover - import, production, use, realization of packets and free issue in trade and service industry from the polymeric film and plastic products specified regarding 1 article 3 of this Law in especially protected natural and biospheric territories of the Kyrgyz Republic;
4) packets from polymeric film - the packaging packets from polymeric film used in the household purposes, made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polystyrene and other polymers, irrespective of thickness and the entered additives;
5) realization - the sale of the made or resold packets from polymeric film and one of types of the plastic products specified regarding 1 article 3 of this Law which is followed by receipt of cash revenue in especially protected natural and biospheric territories of the Kyrgyz Republic;
6) plastic products - the products received in the course of conversion of polymeric thermoplastic materials.
