About approval of the Regulations on state registration of disinfectants

According to part one of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of public health" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on state registration of the enclosed disinfectants.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2023.

Regulations on state registration of disinfectants

1. This Provision determines procedure for state registration and re-registration of disinfectants (further - means), requirements to the statement for state registration of means, the registration file and other documents submitted for state registration of means, researches (testing) necessary for state registration of means, the short characteristic of means, leaf tab (the instruction for use and destruction), marking (label), the expert opinion, change of conditions, stop, cancellation of state registration of means, form and procedure for maintaining the State register of disinfectants (further - the Register).

2. In this Provision terms are used in such value:

1) the disinfecting means substance or mix of substances of chemical or biological origin applied to implementation of disinfection actions for the purpose of destruction in living environment of the person of vegetative forms of causative agents of infectious diseases and their carriers;
