About approval of Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget

According to Article 43 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 29, 2022 "About approval of the Instruction about clearing settlements in national currency of users of payment services" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 163:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 2013 No. 43, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2013 at No. 291/22823, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of forecasting of budget receipts:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
