Before completion of electronic service of information exchange with banks in electronic form according to this order, and also before connection of banks to the information exchange provided by Procedure for the automated arrest of means / electronic money of the debtors on accounts/e-wallets opened by payment service providers on servicing of accounts, issuers of electronic money the approved order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 16, 2019 No. 1203/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 16, 2019 at No. 399/33370, exchange of documents by determination of the current account of physical person debtor in bank for implementation of account transactions between the state, private contractors and banks it is performed in paper form by means of mail service.
