Bring in the Procedure for fixing of legal status of representative body of indigenous people of Ukraine and deprivation of such status approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2022 No. 936 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 70, the Art. 4222), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for fixing of legal status of representative body of indigenous people of Ukraine and deprivation of such status

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. DESS prepares and introduces to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about fixing of legal status of representative body or deprivation of such status.".

2. In Item 9:

Subitem 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Prepares 1) depending on contents of the submitted application and submits for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the order about fixing of legal status of representative body or deprivation of such status;";
