Bring in the Procedure for creation, content of fund of protective constructions of civil protection, exception of such constructions of fund and conducting its accounting approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 138 "Some questions of use of protective constructions of civil protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 682; 2021, No. 97, Art. 6311; 2023, No. 23, the Art. 1298), the enclosed changes.

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of creation, content of fund of protective constructions of civil protection (further - protective constructions), exceptions of such constructions of fund, accounting of storages, antiradiation shelters, constructions of dual purpose and the elementary shelters which are objects of the relevant fund, and also the status of such objects for ensuring protection of the population.".
2. In Item 2 of the word "does not extend to protective constructions" shall be replaced with words "does not extend to objects of fund of protective constructions".
