The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of funds from the account for requirements satisfaction of physical culture and sport, youth policy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2022 No. 655 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 48, the Art. 2652, No. 72, the Art. 4351), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of funds from the account for requirements satisfaction of physical culture and sport, youth policy

1. In Item 2:

Paragraph one after the words "brought in" to add 1) with words "The budget code of Ukraine";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"In this Procedure the term "the account for requirements satisfaction of physical culture and sport, youth policy (further-the account)" means the current account of Minmolodsport opened in National Bank for transfer of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) from physical persons and legal entities of private law and/or public law for requirements satisfaction of physical culture and sport, youth policy which are source of forming of special fund of the government budget (further - means).".
