In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 21, 2022 No. 1876 "About implementation of actions on resettlement of residents of Kherson and the part of the Kherson region which left the place of permanent residence and arrived in the emergency mass procedure to other territories" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 44, Art. 7559; No. 46, Art. 8000; No. 51, Art. 9251; 2023, No. 8, Art. 1319):
