According to item 4 of Article 134-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of the National report on management of the state assets and the quasi-public sector.
2. To provide to department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
