1. Approve:

1) rules of submission of declarations on production and turnover of separate types of oil products according to appendix 1;

2) forms of declarations:

on production of oil products according to appendix 2;

on wholesale of oil products according to appendix 3;

on retail sale of oil products according to appendix 4.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Rakhmetov N. K.) direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rakhmetov N. K.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 8, 2003 No. 365 "About approval of forms, rules and terms of declaring of production and turnover of separate types of oil products" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 2544, No. 50 published in the Ofitsialnaya Gazeta newspaper of December 13, 2003 (155)).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
